In unserem Landgasthof haben wir einen schönen Kompromiss aus Tradition und spannender Moderne geschaffen. Arbeitest du gerne in einem Team? Auf was wartest du noch? ¿

Was erwartet dich noch?

* Teamarbeit "Eine Hand wäscht die Andere"

* Transparenz der Auftragslage - Man weiß, was einem im Dienst erwartet!

* gemeinsame, gemütliche Mahlzeiten

* 2 Wochen Betriebsurlaub im Sommer (Juli/ August)

* "Suppe to go" gibts auch für unsere Mitarbeiter

* eigene Landwirtschaft/ Bauernhof (3km vom Gasthaus entfernt): Angus Rinderzucht, großer Kräutergarten, Gänsezucht für Martini, enger Kontakt zu regionalen Produzenten

* betriebsinterne Workshops, jährliches gemeinsames Grillen am Lagerfeuer, Weihnachtsfeier, Ausflüge sind selbstverständlich

* wir zahlen über dem KV - für 20 Wochenstunden erhältst du mindestens EUR 1.300,00 brutto

* Geregelte freie Tage!

Arbeitszeiten:

* Montag/ Dienstag/ Mittwoch: Schließtage/ Ruhetage

* Frühdienst 07:30Uhr bis 15:00Uhr; Schlussdienst: 17 Uhr bis ca. 23Uhr

* Zwischendienste: 10:30Uhr bis 20Uhr (meist Samstags oder Sonntags)

Die Arbeitszeiten werden bei uns auf persönliche Gegebenheiten angepasst, daher würden wir diese im Vorfeld auch schon gerne beim Vorstellungsgespräch besprechen.
