Im Haus der Barmherzigkeit betreuen wir Menschen ganzheitlich. Wir sind auf die interdisziplinäre Langzeitbetreuung von hochbetagten und Menschen mit chronischen Erkrankungen und Behinderungen spezialisiert. In unseren Einrichtungen versorgen wir rund 1600 Menschen. Unsere Küchenbetriebe der SANA Catering verwöhnen unsere Bewohner*innen kulinarisch.

für unseren Küchenbetrieb im CLEMENTINUM, Paltram 12, 3062 Paltram

Deine Aufgaben

Vorbereitung und Kochen der Speiseproduktion, sowie Speiseversand unter der Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Hygienerichtlinien

Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Rezepturen und Menüpläne

Das bringst du mit

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

Erfahrung im Großküchenbereich

Gute EDV und HACCP Kenntnisse

Bereitschaft auch an Wochenenden zu arbeiten

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Idealerweise: eine Zusatzausbildung zur/zum diätischen Köchin/Koch

Für diese Position bieten wir dir ein Gehalt ab € 2.237,00 brutto pro Monat bei 40 Wochenstunden. Dein tatsächliches Gehalt möchten wir gerne mit dir bei einem persönlichen Gespräch vereinbaren.
