Die Tiroler Soziale Dienste GmbH, eine gemeinnützige Tochter des Landes Tirol, ist für die Grundversorgung von Menschen im Asylverfahren zuständig. Unser Betätigungsfeld umfasst zahlreiche Standorte und Integrationsprojekte in Tirol.

Wir suchen für den Zeitraum November 2026 bis April 2027 in unserem Bereich 24/7 (Obdachlosenbereich)

für den Kältebus Tirol: 3 Kältebusfahrer_innen Teilzeit/Vollzeit

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN:

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Hohes Maß an Flexibilität

* Krisenfestigkeit, Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit zur Abgrenzung

* Deeskalierende und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, respektvolle und genderneutrale Haltung

* Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit, kommunikative Fähigkeiten

* Selbständige, flexible und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse, Zielgruppenrelevante Fremdsprachen erwünscht (zB Arabisch, Dari, Farsi, Russisch)

* Einwandfreier Leumund

DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Unterstützung im Obdachlosenbereich mit Kältebuseinsätzen in Tirol in den Abend- und Nachtstunden

* laufende Kontrollfahrten, bzw im Anlassfall (nach telefonischer Alarmierung)

o Aufsuchen der gemeldeten Person(en) mit dem TSD-Firmenauto,

o Abklärung des tatsächlichen Unterstützungsbedarfes und

* bei Bedarf Versorgung mit Kälteschutzmaterialien (Isomatte, Schlafsack, ...) oder

* Fahrt/Begleitung zur Notschlafstelle Schusterbergweg in Innsbruck

Das gesetzliche Mindestentgelt auf Basis einer 37-Stunden-Woche beträgt laut SWÖ-KV Verwendungsgruppe 3 € 2.390,80 brutto pro Monat. Eine Zulage je nach Tätigkeit und anrechenbare Vordienstzeiten finden entsprechende Berücksichtigung.
