Für den Standort in Wien werden für die Erweiterung des Teams Personen aus der Kältetechnik gesucht, welche gerne für den vielschichtigen technischen Kundensupport (m/w/d) in den Innendienst wechseln möchten.

Beginn: ab sofort

Standort: 1230 Wien

Arbeitsmodell: 38,5 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben

* Ansprechpartner für (technische) Anfragen von Partnern und Kunden auf First-, Second- und Third-Level-Ebene

* Annehmen und Bewerten einkommender Anrufe, Nachrichten und E-Mails: selbständige Lösung, Weiterleitung oder Erstellung eines Tickets

* Bereitstellen sämtlicher Formulare und Dokumente

* Überprüfung und Pflege der vom Kunden übermittelten Daten sowie Stammdatenpflege im System

* Erfassung und Aktualisierung in relevanten Systemen, regelmäßige Nachkontrolle offener Tickets und Bearbeitung der Wissensdatenbank

Ihr Profil

* Technische Ausbildung im Bereich HKLS, Elektro oder Kältetechnik (HTL/FH) oder erfolgreich absolvierte Lehre in besagten Berufszweigen

* Einige Jahre Erfahrung in einem technischen Beruf in HKLS (Heizung/Klima/Lüftung/Sanitär), Kältetechnik und/oder Elektrotechnik

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im Kundenservice z.b. als Disponent, Support-Dienstleister und/oder Service-Techniker

* Lösungsorientiertes Handeln und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, auch in Stresssituationen

* Freude am Kundenkontakt und Kommunikation, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich

* Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Teamfähigkeit und technisches Verständnis
