Ben jij K-RMT en zoek je een makelaarskantoor waar je zelfstandig kunt werken, maar niet alles zelf hoeft te organiseren? Bij Boekweit | Olie Makelaars/Taxateurs werk je in de woningmarkt van Hoorn en West-Friesland, met een sterke binnendienst en een kantoor dat al sinds 1972 zichtbaar is in de regio. Je krijgt veel klantcontact, verantwoordelijkheid in verkooptrajecten en afwisseling door bestaande bouw, nieuwbouw en taxaties. Jouw rol Als K-RMT-makelaar ben je dagelijks actief in de woningmarkt van Hoorn en West-Friesland. Je werkt zelfstandig aan dossiers en klantrelaties, met goede ondersteuning vanuit de binnendienst. - Je neemt woningen op en begeleidt verkooptrajecten. - Je verzorgt bezichtigingen, onderhandelingen en klantcontact. - Je onderhoudt relaties en bouwt mee aan het lokale netwerk van Boekweit | Olie. - Je bent betrokken bij nieuwbouwprojecten en werkt met verschillende typen opdrachten. - Je schakelt kort met de binnendienst, zodat processen goed lopen en klanten duidelijk begeleid worden.

In deze rol krijg je dus veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid, maar sta je er niet alleen voor. De binnendienst staat goed, de lijnen zijn kort en je werkt binnen een kantoor met veel lokale bekendheid in Hoorn en West-Friesland. Wie we zoeken Voor deze rol zoeken we een makelaar die zelfstandig kan werken en energie krijgt van klantcontact, tempo en verantwoordelijkheid. - Je bent ingeschreven in het K-RMT-register. - Je hebt ervaring binnen de woningmakelaardij. - Je woont in West-Friesland of hebt duidelijke binding met de regio. - Je hebt een commerciële blik en werkt servicegericht en zorgvuldig. - Je kunt goed omgaan met digitale tools en systemen. - Je vindt het leuk om zichtbaar te zijn in de regio en relaties op te bouwen. - Affiniteit met bestaande bouw en nieuwbouw past goed bij deze functie. - Taxatie-ervaring is een sterke pré.
