Graag technisch bezig, liever geen bureaujob en houdt je van afwisseling op de werkvloer?

Voor een internationale speler binnen havenactiviteiten zoeken we een kaaitechnieker die graag praktisch werkt en technisch onderhoud combineert met een brede hands on functie.

Geen bandwerk of monotone dagtaak dus. Wel een gevarieerde job op en rond de kaaien waar techniek, onderhoud en flexibiliteit samenkomen.

Functieomschrijving

Als kaaitechnieker sta je in voor het technisch onderhoud en herstellingen op en rond de havenkaaien in Zeebrugge.

Je zorgt ervoor dat faciliteiten, materialen en technische installaties correct onderhouden blijven zodat de dagelijkse operaties vlot kunnen blijven draaien.

Een typische werkdag?

Je voert herstellingen uit aan facilitaire schade op de site, helpt mee bij technische ondersteuning tijdens containerlossingen en voert kleine montage, demontage en constructiewerken uit.

Daarnaast sta je ook in voor industriële reinigingswerken, schilderwerken en het beheer van materialen en bevoorrading. Ook het wagenpark en administratieve opvolging van uitgevoerde werken behoren tot jouw takenpakket.

Tijdens het hoogseizoen werk je in een ploegensysteem. In het laagseizoen werk je vooral in daguren.

Je komt terecht in een technische havenomgeving waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is en waar je polyvalent ingezet wordt.

Vereisten

  • Technische achtergrond of relevante ervaring
  • Hands on ingesteld en praktisch sterk
  • Zelfstandig én in team kunnen werken
  • Veiligheidsbewust en nauwkeurig kunnen werken
  • Flexibel ingesteld naar ploegensysteem tijdens hoogseizoen
  • Goede kennis Nederlands
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Interesse in techniek, onderhoud en havenactiviteiten
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en positieve werkattitude
