Ben jij op zoek naar een stabiele productiejob binnen de voedingsindustrie waar kwaliteit, techniek en hygiëne centraal staan? Voor een moderne zuivelomgeving in de regio Moorslede zoeken we een operator kaasbehandeling in 2 ploegen. In deze functie werk je mee aan het volledige rijpings- en behandelingsproces van hoogwaardige kaasproducten binnen een sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving.

Als operator kaasbehandeling volg je het productieproces nauwgezet op, bedien je verschillende installaties en zorg je mee voor een correcte verwerking van de producten. Dankzij een vast 2-ploegenrooster, uitgebreide voordelen en mogelijkheden om verder te groeien, biedt deze functie een mooie combinatie van zekerheid en ontwikkeling.

Wat ga je doen: - Aan- en afvoer van rijpingsboxen met de reachtruck uitvoeren. - Kaasproducten correct positioneren en opvolgen tijdens het rijpingsproces. - Procesparameters instellen en de planning van de kaasbehandelingslijn bewaken. - Reinigingswerkzaamheden uitvoeren volgens de geldende hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Kleine technische storingen detecteren en zelfstandig oplossen waar mogelijk. - Technische problemen tijdig signaleren en doorgeven aan de verantwoordelijke dienst. - Samenwerken met collega’s om een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces te garanderen. Een sterke interesse in techniek, productie of voeding is belangrijker. Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of voedingssector is een pluspunt. Een geldig reachtruckattest is mooi meegenomen, maar kan ook via interne opleiding behaald worden. Kennis van HACCP-richtlijnen of hygiënische productieprocessen vormt een extra troef. Werkt nauwkeurig en heeft oog voor kwaliteit, orde en hygiëne. Beschikt over technisch inzicht en interesse in productieprocessen. Kan zelfstandig kleine storingen analyseren en aanpakken. Werkt graag volgens duidelijke procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Is bereid om in een vast 2-ploegenstelsel te werken. Heeft een gemotiveerde en leergierige ingesteldheid.
