Hoe ziet jouw job eruit als Kaasmaker?

Als Kaasmaker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het sturen, opvolgen en controleren van het volledige wrongel-productieproces emt als doel een kaas te produceren die beantwoordt aan de eisen inzake rendement, kwaliteit en hygiëne.

Jouw takenpakket omvat volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het instellen & klaarzetten van de installatie zodat het productieproces vlot kan opstarten
  • Opvolgen van het productieproces volgens de juiste procedures, je stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Het correct uitvoeren en registreren van kwaliteitscontroles
  • Het detecteren en oplossen van mogelijke technische storingen, indien nodig verwittig je de techniekers
  • Efficiënt communiceren met je collega's zodat ook het vervolg van het productieproces optimaal kan verlopen
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte reiniging van de installatie en de omgeving
