Manpower is specialist in de rekrutering van bedienden en arbeiders voor de KMO markt in onze regio. Wij bieden je uitzendwerk aan of vaste jobs voor onmiddellijke indiensttreding. Telkens weer gaan we voluit voor de ‘perfecte match’ tussen werkgever en sollicitant.

Waar zal je terechtkomen? Onze klant is een productiebedrijf in Langemark-Poelkapelle dat melk verwerkt tot ingrediënten voor de voedingsindustrie. Om het productieproces vlot te laten verlopen, zijn we op zoek naar een kaasmaker die het team in een 3-ploegenstelsel komt versterken.

Jobomschrijving

Hoe ziet je werkdag eruit? Wat ga je doen? Heel concreet zorg je ervoor dat de productie vlekkeloos verloopt.

  • Je stelt de productie-installaties correct in en start het productieproces op.
  • Je volgt het proces nauwkeurig op via schermen en controlepunten.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en neemt stalen volgens de vooropgestelde procedures.
  • Je registreert productiegegevens en meldt afwijkingen tijdig.
  • Je detecteert kleine technische storingen en onderneemt de eerste acties.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat machines, installaties en werkruimtes netjes en hygiënisch blijven.
  • Als Kaasmaker - 3 ploegen draag je dagelijks bij aan een kwalitatief en veilig productieproces.

In jouw rol als Kaasmaker - 3 ploegen neem je verantwoordelijkheid op en bewaak je de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.

Over welke vaardigheden moet je beschikken?

  • Je hebt interesse in voeding, productie en technische processen.
  • Ervaring als operator of productiemedewerker is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om het vak van Kaasmaker - 3 ploegen aan te leren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en hygiëne.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk en neemt initiatief wanneer nodig.
