Je werkt in een modern, geautomatiseerd productieproces en combineert werkzaamheden vanuit de controlekamer met hands-on controles op de werkvloer. Met jouw ervaring als operator krijg je de kans om meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en actief bij te dragen aan procesverbeteringen. Dit alles doe je binnen een vast 5-ploegenrooster, wat zorgt voor een stabiele en voorspelbare werkplanning. Wat ga je doen: - Je bedient en bewaakt geautomatiseerde productie-installaties vanuit de controlekamer en op de werkvloer. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en CCP-controles uit om te zorgen dat de kaas aan de hoogste normen voldoet. - Je signaleert afwijkingen in proceswaarden en stuurt instellingen bij waar nodig. - Je verhelpt kleine technische storingen en registreert procesgegevens nauwkeurig in systemen zoals SAP. - Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in het productieproces en werkt samen met collega's om het lijnrendement te verhogen.
