Wil jij als kaasmaker in Breda jouw ervaring binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie inzetten in een ambachtelijk productieproces? Zoek je een baan waarin je niet alleen machines bedient, maar ook zelf actief betrokken bent bij de bereiding en verwerking van het product? In deze functie werk je in een klein team en combineer je praktisch productiewerk met nauwkeurige controles op kwaliteit, hygiëne en timing. Je werkt in dagdienst, verdient tussen €2.850,- en €3.500,- bruto per maand en krijgt de kans om je verder te verdiepen in een specialistisch vakgebied.

Functieomschrijving: Als kaasmaker werk je actief mee aan het hele productieproces en combineer je handmatig werk met procesbewaking en kwaliteitscontrole. Je werkt met vaste stappen, waarbij timing, hygiëne en nauwkeurigheid iedere dag belangrijk zijn. Over het algemeen zijn dit jouw werkzaamheden: • Voorbereiden en controleren van grondstoffen voor het productieproces. • Verwerken van de wrongel en zorgen voor de juiste structuur. • Vullen van vormen en uitvoeren van verschillende handmatige bewerkingen. • Keren en pekelen van kazen tijdens het productieproces. • Controleren van temperatuur, tijd en productkwaliteit. • Signaleren van afwijkingen en hierop actie ondernemen. • Registreren van productiegegevens en uitgevoerde controles. • Reinigen van machines, hulpmiddelen en de werkplek. • Samenwerken met collega's om het proces goed en volgens planning te laten verlopen.

Functievereisten: Je hoeft het kaasmaakproces nog niet volledig te kennen, maar enige ervaring binnen de voedingsmiddelenproductie is wel belangrijk. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt rekening met hygiënevoorschriften en vindt het prettig om praktisch bezig te zijn. • Ervaring binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie of foodproductie. • Interesse in een ambachtelijk en specialistisch productieproces. • Nauwkeurige werkhouding en aandacht voor kwaliteit en hygiëne. • Bereidheid om in dagdienst te werken met starttijden om 04:00 of 06:00 uur. • Bereidhei
