Als Kalibratie- en Onderhoudstechnicus zorg jij ervoor dat onze toestellen betrouwbaar, nauwkeurig en operationeel blijven. Dankzij jouw technische expertise kunnen onze processen vlot en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verlopen.

Als technisch expert binnen het team krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket met zowel kalibratie, onderhoud als verbeterprojecten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je voert het kalibratieprogramma uit volgens de geldende procedures en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige documentatie.
  • Je staat in voor preventief en correctief onderhoud en grijpt in wanneer toestellen storingen vertonen.
  • Je stelt kalibratieprocedures op, past ze aan en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de validatie van toestellen en systemen.
  • Je werkt correct en zorgvuldig met verschillende meet- en analyseapparatuur.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en doet voorstellen om bestaande processen en procedures te optimaliseren.
  • Je werkt mee aan nieuwe technische projecten en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Je registreert en rapporteert je werkzaamheden nauwkeurig via SAP en andere systemen.

Je bent iemand die graag begrijpt hoe technische systemen werken en niet terugdeinst voor een uitdaging.

Daarnaast:

  • Je beschikt over een professionele bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring, bijvoorbeeld in Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Meet- en Regeltechniek of Automatisering.
  • Een specifieke opleiding of ervaring rond kalibratie, meet- en regelapparatuur is zeker een troef.
  • Ervaring in een industriële omgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
  • Je hebt een brede technische interesse en een echte hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Kennis van kalibratiesoftware, meettechnieken en standaarden is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent vlot met de computer; kennis van SAP/ERP is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en bent sterk in organisatie en planning.
  • Je bent flexibel, enthousiast en een echte teamplayer.
  • Je bent iemand die graag initiatief neemt en blijft zoeken naar oplossingen.
