Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Kalkulationstätigkeit. Sie sind verantwortlich für eine exakte Massenermittlung, erstellen Leistungsverzeichnisse und holen Subunternehmerangebote ein. Die Schwerpunkte Ihrer Tätigkeiten liegen insbesondere in den Bereichen

* Kalkulation von Umbau- und Sanierungsprojekten

* Erarbeitung von Alternativvorschlägen

* Abstimmung mit den Projektverantwortlichen

IHR PROFIL Fachkenntnis und Erfahrung

Auf der Grundlage Ihrer fundierten technischen Ausbildung (HTL-Hochbau, Baumeister oder Universität) verfügen Sie, auf Basis Ihrer baupraktischen Erfahrung, vor allem über ein ausgezeichnetes Detailwissen hinsichtlich der Bauprozesse und Ausführungsdetails. Ihr fundiertes Know-how haben Sie sich

* entweder bereits aus der Kalkulation oder

* über langjährige Bauleitungsfunktion erworben und

* verfügen zusätzlich über gute Kenntnisse im Bauvertragswesen

Den sicheren Umgang mit Kalkulations- bzw. Ausschreibungsprogrammen und der MS-Office-Umgebung (Excel, WinWord, etc.) setzen wir voraus.
