Anstellung: Vollzeit

Dein Job

* Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Kalkulationen im Bereich Gleisbau und Tiefbau für Eisenbahninfrastrukturprojekte

* Analyse und Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und erstellen von Kostenvoranschlägen

* Einholung und Bewertung von Angeboten von Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten

* Ermittlung von Mengen und Kosten für Material, Personal und Maschinen

* Bearbeiten von Nachträgen

* Ermitteln von Aufmaßen und Abrechnen von Bauleistungen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL, FH mit Schwerpunkt Tiefbau ist von Vorteil)

* Kalkulationserfahrung im Tiefbau

* Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kalkulationssoftwares z.B. iTWO, Auer o.ä.

* Eigenverantwortliche und Selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchhaltevermögen

* Analytische Denkweise
