Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt 1 Kalkulant_in & Abrechungskalkulant_in Du kennst den Bau - und willst im Büro richtig was bewegen?

Wir sind ein eingespielter Betrieb im Bereich Dachdeckerei, Spenglerei und Schwarzdeckerei. Unsere Projekte laufen gut - und genau deshalb brauchen wir jemanden, der den Überblick behält, sauber kalkuliert und bei der Abrechnung den Unterschied macht.

Kurz gesagt: Jemanden wie dich.

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

· Du übernimmst die Kalkulation unserer Projekte - eigenständig und mit Vertrauen

· Du erstellst Angebote, die Hand und Fuß haben

· Du begleitest Baustellen kaufmännisch bis zum Abschluss

· Du sorgst dafür, dass Abrechnungen sauber, vollständig und termingerecht rausgehen

· Nachträge? Verlierst du nicht aus den Augen

· Du arbeitest eng mit Leuten, die wissen, was sie tun - und sagen, was Sache ist

· Erfahrung in der Kalkulation oder Abrechnung im Bau (idealerweise Dach/Spenglerei/Abdichtung)

· Technisches Verständnis - du weißt, worum es auf der Baustelle geht

· Du arbeitest genau, denkst wirtschaftlich und behältst den Überblick

· Du kannst selbstständig arbeiten und Entscheidungen treffen

* Ob du von der Baustelle kommst oder aus dem Büro: entscheidend ist, dass du weißt, was du tust.

Gehalt:
