Was für uns zählt

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im wirtschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich

* Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsfeld - idealerweise in der Kalkulation bzw. im Ausschreibungsprozess mit Fokus im Facility Management

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

* Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ki-gestützten Tools

* Sorgfältige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Zahlen und Kalkulationen

* Rasche Auffassungsgabe, Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Herangehensweise an Aufgaben

Ihr Beitrag bei uns

* Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen im Bereich Facility Management, inklusive Erstellung der dazugehörigen Kalkulationen

* Mitwirkung bei der Ausarbeitung und Zusammenstellung von Angebotsunterlagen

* Teilnahme an Objektbegehungen zur Bewertung und Einschätzung der Leistungsanforderungen vor Ort

* Aufbereitung und Strukturierung sämtlicher Unterlagen, die für Ausschreibungsprozesse benötigt werden

* Begleitung und Unterstützung in der Anlaufphase neuer Aufträge bzw. Projekte
