Du unterstützt unser Team mit deiner Berufserfahrung als Kalkulant:in durch deine eigenverantwortliche Kalkulationstätigkeit und leistest so einen wertvollen Beitrag zu unserem Erfolg. Gerne sprechen wir auch Kandidat:innen an, die von der Bauleitung/Bautechnik in die Kalkulation wechseln möchten. Wir kümmern uns dabei um eine entsprechende Einarbeitung im Team.

Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen:

* Du bist für die selbstständige Kalkulation von Bauprojekten im Tiefbau (vorwiegend Straßenbau) zuständig

* Du bearbeitest eigenverantwortlich Ausschreibungen und bist für die Vertragsprüfung im Zuge der Angebotsbearbeitung und deren Dokumentation verantwortlich

* Du ermittelst und dokumentierst das Risikopotential der Angebote

* Du kümmerst dich um die Massenermittlung und Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen

* Du holst Subunternehmer- und Lieferantenangebote ein

* Du bist für das aktive Nachtragsmanagement zuständig

* Du arbeitest eng mit dem Bereichsleiter sowie den Bauleiter:innen zusammen und bist in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten involviert

Am besten passt du zu uns, wenn du folgendes Profil mitbringst:

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL, Baumeister_in, FH)

* Du bringst mehrjährige Berufspraxis als Kalkulant_in, Bauleiter_in oder Bautechniker_in mit

* Du verfügst über ausgezeichnetes Know-how hinsichtlich Bauprozesse und Ausführungsdetails

* Du bringst Kenntnisse mit Kalkulationssoftware (Auer Success oder ITwo) und MS Office mit
