Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Kalkulant Spezialtiefbau/Grundbau (m/w/d)

Du möchtest technisch anspruchsvolle Infrastrukturprojekte bereits in der Angebotsphase entscheidend mitgestalten? Du denkst wirtschaftlich, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams.

DEINE AUFGABENGEBIETE:

* Selbstständige Kalkulation von Bauprojekten im Spezialtiefbau und Grundbau

* Analyse von Ausschreibungen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und technischen Unterlagen

* Einholen und Bewerten von Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenangeboten

* Erstellung von Angebotskalkulationen inklusive Chancen- und Risikobewertung

* Ermittlung, Einholung und wirtschaftliche Bewertung von Alternativangeboten sowie Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen hinsichtlich Kosten, Qualität und Terminen

* Mitwirkung bei Vergabeverhandlungen und Angebotspräsentationen

* Unterstützung der Bauleitung und Einkauf während der Angebots- und Ausführungsphase

WIR ERWARTEN:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Bauhandwerkerschule, HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbar)

* Auch engagierte Bauleiter, Techniker oder Neu-Kalkulanten (m/w/d) mit Entwicklungspotenzial sind willkommen (z. B.: Bauleiter oder Projektleiter Tiefbau (m/w/d); Poliere oder Techniker mit Kalkulationserfahrung (m/w/d); Techniker (m/w/d) aus dem Spezialtiefbau)

* Kenntnisse im Spezialtiefbau und Grundbau von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit Ausschreibungen nach ÖNORM

* Wirtschaftliches Denken sowie analytische Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
