Als KAM-Adviseur bij deze organisatie begint je dag met een heerlijke kop koffie. Daarna duik je in een breed scala aan taken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, implementatie en onderhoud van het KAM-beleid binnen onze organisatie. Door middel van risicoanalyses en preventieve maatregelen creëer je een veilige werkomgeving. Je adviseert het management en zorgt ervoor dat het beleid duidelijk gecommuniceerd wordt naar alle medewerkers. Op de bouwplaats werk je nauw samen met projectleiders en uitvoerders om richtlijnen te bespreken en uitdagingen aan te gaan. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - (Door) Ontwikkelen en implementeren van het KAM beleid - Aanspreekpunt voor externe partijen bij ongeval- en/ of incidentanalyses - Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses om potentiële risico's te identificeren - Interne audits van processen en procedures - Adviseren op gebied van beheer van materieel, meet- en arbeidsmiddelen Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde Hbo-opleiding; - Aangevuld met Hogere veiligheidskunde of gelijkwaardig; - Minimaal 7 jaar relevante werkervaring; - Ervaring met ISO 9001 en 45001; - Ervaring met afnemen van audits.
