Als KAM Coördinator ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het waarborgen en verder ontwikkelen van kwaliteit, arbeidsomstandigheden en milieuzorg binnen Transdev. Je beheert samen met collega's het managementsysteem en ondersteunt leidinggevenden, met een specifieke focus op Connexxion Taxi Services. Dankzij jouw expertise blijven processen voldoen aan relevante wet- en regelgeving en dragen we actief bij aan veilig, verantwoord en duurzaam werken. Je bewaakt onder andere de naleving van kwaliteits- en milieunormen, de CO2-Prestatieladder, MVO-doelstellingen en de vereisten van diverse ISO-certificeringen. Daarnaast coördineer je de opvolging van acties uit interne en externe audits en ondersteun je bij het uitvoeren van risico-inventarisaties en -evaluaties. Verbeteren zit in jouw DNA. Je signaleert kansen om processen slimmer, veiliger en efficiënter in te richten en weet collega's hierin mee te nemen. Je adviseert de operationele organisatie op een praktische en toegankelijke manier en draagt actief bij aan een cultuur van continu verbeteren. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol bij de voorbereiding en begeleiding van audittrajecten. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van de BHV-organisatie binnen Connexxion Taxi Services en zorg je ervoor dat noodplanoefeningen tijdig en zorgvuldig worden uitgevoerd.
