Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op projecten en werklocaties, ondersteunt collega's bij veilig werken en helpt mee om onze organisatie verder te ontwikkelen op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid. Hoe ziet je werk eruit? Je bent regelmatig buiten te vinden op projecten en werklocaties, maar ook op kantoor is genoeg te doen. Juist die afwisseling tussen praktijk en beleid maakt deze functie zo veelzijdig. De ene dag voer je een werkplekinspectie uit of organiseer je een toolboxmeeting, de andere dag overleg je over risico's, verbetermaatregelen of certificeringen. Ook ondersteun je bij het opstellen en beoordelen van VGM-plannen en risicoanalyses. Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor uitvoerders, projectleiders en medewerkers en helpt hen om veilig en verantwoord te werken. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar regels en procedures, maar vooral naar wat in de praktijk werkt. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij audits en certificeringen zoals VCA, de Veiligheidsladder, ISO9001 en de CO2-Prestatieladder. Zo draag je bij aan een veilige organisatie én aan onze ambitie om richting 2030 emissieloos te werken. Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn Westra.
