KAM Coördinator Over ons an den Heuvel Bouwbedrijf is een écht Brabants familiebedrijf met een sterke focus op bouwen, beheer en onderhoud en restauratie. Wij werken dagelijks voor gemeenten, woningcorporaties, VvE's, zorginstellingen en bedrijven. Naast kwaliteit in uitvoering vinden wij het belangrijk om structureel te investeren in veiligheid, duurzaamheid en maatschappelijke betrokkenheid. We willen dit niet alleen uitstralen, maar ook aantoonbaar borgen binnen onze organisatie. Jouw rol Als KAM Coördinator help jij ons om veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid verder te professionaliseren. Je ondersteunt bij certificeringen, begeleidt verbetertrajecten en zorgt dat onze organisatie blijft voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden. Je werkt nauw samen met directie, uitvoerders en medewerkers op de bouwplaats en draagt bij aan een veilige en toekomstbestendige werkomgeving. Wat ga je doen? - Ondersteunen en begeleiden van KAM-trajecten en certificeringen. - Opzetten, verbeteren en borgen van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocessen. - Organiseren en actualiseren van toolboxen, veiligheidscommunicatie en bijeenkomsten. - Verzamelen, analyseren en evalueren van VCA-formulieren en meldingen binnen de afdelingen. - Voorbereiden, coördineren en begeleiden van interne en externe audits en evaluaties. - Adviseren van directie en uitvoering over veiligheid, duurzaamheid en compliance. - Bijdragen aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur binnen het bedrijf. Wat neem je mee? - Ervaring binnen KAM in de bouw of techniek. - Kennis van VCA, Veiligheidsladder, CO₂-prestatieladder en/of PSO is een grote pré. - Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en communicatief sterk. - Je weet mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen en verbeteringen. - Affiniteit met een praktische organisatie en bouwplaatsen. - Rijbewijs B.
