Als KAM-coördinator zorg je ervoor dat veiligheid, kwaliteit en procesbeheersing structureel onderdeel zijn van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je bent zichtbaar op projectlocaties, signaleert risico's en verbeterkansen en begeleidt collega's in veilig en verantwoord werken. Je werkt aan infraprojecten binnen de grond-, weg- en waterbouw. Vanuit de standplaats bezoek je regelmatig projectlocaties in de regio. Dit zorgt voor een afwisselende functie waarin je zowel op kantoor als buiten actief bent. Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden in deze rol bestaan onder andere uit; - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Je ondersteunt en adviseert projectteams bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten. - Je draagt bij aan het verbeteren van veiligheidsbewustzijn en kwaliteitsprocessen binnen de organisatie. - Je voert observaties en inspecties uit op projectlocaties. - Je registreert, analyseert en begeleidt de afhandeling van meldingen en incidenten. - Je vertaalt ontwikkelingen en regelgeving naar praktische toepassingen binnen projecten. In deze rol maak je deel uit van een team van veiligheidsprofessionals binnen de regio en werkt nauw samen met projectteams, management en opdrachtgevers. In deze rol heb je een operationele focus en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan het versterken van de veiligheidscultuur.
