Met jouw ondernemerschap en daadkracht begeleid je verbetertrajecten, audits en certificeringen én weet je collega's hierin mee te nemen. Udenhout Staf van €3397,- tot €5119,- HBO - Jij krijgt de vrijheid om te groeien - Fijne werksfeer in een hecht team - Veel vrijheid in je werkdag - Zelfstandig, maar nooit alleen - Werk in een hecht en vast team Dit ga je doen Je werkt voor onze Business Unit Woningbouw en Hoppenbrouwers Thuis: van nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten tot werkzaamheden bij mensen thuis. Je begeleid meerdere projecten die aansluiten bij het strategisch meerjarenplan van Hoppenbrouwers. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, stelt de juiste vragen en helpt collega's om iedere dag veilig en bewust te werken. Jouw belangrijkste doel; zorgen dat veilig werken als rode draad door Hoppenbrouwers heen loopt. En daar mag jij je helemaal in uitleven als doeltreffende KAM-coördinator. Je bent dan onder andere bezig met het: Je stimuleert medewerkers, leidinggevenden en onderaannemers om veilig, gezond en milieubewust te werken. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op projecten en bij werkzaamheden in woningen, spreekt collega's aan en ziet vooral kansen om te verbeteren. Je begeleidt risico-inventarisaties, werkplekinspecties, incidentonderzoeken en veiligheidsrondes. Je maakt veiligheid praktisch en begrijpelijk, bijvoorbeeld met toolboxen, instructies, LMRA's en leerkaarten. Je analyseert meldingen, incidenten en trends en zet deze om in concrete verbeteracties. Je adviseert projectleiders, uitvoerders...
