Wij zijn per direct op zoek naar een enthousiaste, communicatief vaardige en pro-actieve KAM-Coördinator voor 32-40 uur per week. Zo ziet jouw rol eruit Als KAM-Coördinator (Kwaliteit, Arbo en Milieu) in Nieuwegein en Utrecht ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu te maken heeft. Je vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar concrete acties op de werkvloer. Je stelt een praktisch jaarplan op, bewaakt de voortgang en komt gevraagd én ongevraagd met verbeterideeën. Voortdurend wil je hierin nieuwe kennis opdoen, ben je nieuwsgierig van aard en adviseer je gevraagd en ongevraagd medewerkers en management over verbetervoorstellen. Daarnaast treed je op als centraal meldpunt van de vestiging bij ongevallen, bijna-ongevallen en onveilige situaties. De eerste basis is reeds gelegd, aan jou de taak om dit naar een next level te tillen. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de teamleiders van de afdelingen, het Hoofd Magazijn en het Hoofd BHV. Je werkt 2 dagen in de week vanuit Nieuwegein en 1 dag vanuit Utrecht. Wat ga je doen? - Opstellen en uitvoeren van het KAM-jaarplan voor de vestigingen Nieuwegein &Utrecht - Vertalen van wet- en regelgeving naar praktische richtlijnen en processen - Adviseren van management en collega's over veiligheid, arbo en milieu - Registreren, onderzoeken en opvolgen van (bijna-)...
