Wie ben jij en wat neem je mee Jij maakt veiligheid werkbaar in de praktijk, staat stevig in je schoenen! Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu. Je werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden en medewerkers om het veiligheidsbewustzijn te verhogen en processen te verbeteren. Wat je meebrengt: - Een afgeronde MVK-opleiding (middelbare veiligheidskunde) - Ervaring met veiligheid binnen de bouw/infra of een andere technische omgeving - Het vermogen om makkelijk te schakelen tussen werkvloer en leiding - Een praktische blik en gevoel voor wat er speelt in de organisatie - Een proactieve houding en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel - Een accurate en gestructureerde werkhouding Dit ga je doen Je weet wat er speelt op de werkvloer, signaleert verbeterkansen en helpt mee om onze veiligheidscultuur iedere dag verder te versterken. - Adviseren en ondersteunen van collega's (leidinggevenden en medewerkers) op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu - Werken aan het door ontwikkelen van het veiligheidsprogramma binnen de werkmaatschappijen - Onderzoeken van incidenten en borgen van de opvolging - Coachen van leidinggevenden bij werkplekinspecties en observatierondes - Persoonlijk contact met de collega's van de werkvloer om hun veiligheidsideeën op te halen en te weten wat er speelt -...
