Je werkt samen met uitvoerders, monteurs en projectleiders om onze projecten veilig en efficiënt uit te voeren én om samen successen te vieren. Wat ga je doen als KAM-Coördinator Infra? Als KAM-Coördinator Infra ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren, implementeren en bewaken van het KAM-beleid binnen onze infraprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieubewust werken niet alleen op papier staan, maar ook op de werkvloer worden nageleefd. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, monteurs en projectleiders en bent het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat te maken heeft met Arbo, kwaliteitsborging en risicobeheersing. Je adviseert proactief, signaleert knelpunten en helpt je collega's om iedere dag weer veilig en professioneel te werken. Ook richting opdrachtgevers neem jij een actieve rol in audits, registraties en verbeterprocessen. Jij bent degene die overzicht bewaart, processen stroomlijnt én een veilige werkomgeving mogelijk maakt. Wat verwachten wij van jou als KAM-coördinator? Wij zoeken een betrokken en gedreven KAM-professional die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en collega's weet mee te nemen in verbeterprocessen. Iemand die technische kennis koppelt aan mensgericht werken en zich thuis voelt in een dynamische infra-omgeving. Jij brengt mee: - Minimaal mbo+ of hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting techniek, veiligheid of milieu - Aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de infra of civiele techniek - In bezit van VCA-VOL en bij voorkeur MVK of HVK (of bereid deze te behalen) - Een gestructureerde werkhouding en gevoel voor procesoptimalisatie - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, overtuigingskracht en een praktische instelling - Rijbewijs B (E is een pré) en de flexibiliteit om te werken op verschillend...
