Dan is dit jouw baan! Jij gaat er als KAM medewerker voor zorgen dat alle administratie op het gebied van kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheid netjes op orde is. Jij bent de spil in het hele proces. Jij kent de NEN normen uit je hoofd, snapt de wet- en regelgeving en past dit correct toe. Jij zult interne- en externe audits voorbereiden en deze zelfstandig uitvoeren. Ook controleer jij of de kwaliteit van het eindproduct helemaal in orde is. Daarnaast durf jij jouw collega's gemakkelijk aan te spreken bij onveilig gedrag en loop jij dus ook regelmatig rond op de werkvloer. Voor jouw collega's ben jij een luisterend oor en zul jij verbeteringen doorvoeren waar deze nodig of gewenst zijn. De ideale kandidaat beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal, heeft een afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding in een relevante richting, en ruime kennis van de wet- en regelgeving rondom kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu. Ervaring op een productielocatie is geen eis, maar wel mooi meegenomen.
