Wij zijn een ontwikkelende bouwer met een breed palet aan projecten in en rondom Groningen. Van utiliteitsbouw tot renovatie en verduurzaming: bij ons werk je aan opdrachten waar je trots op kunt zijn. Ter versterking van ons team zoeken wij een KAM-medewerker die helpt om kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieubewustzijn binnen onze organisatie verder te professionaliseren. Wat ga je doen? Als KAM-medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, uitvoeren en verbeteren van het KAM-beleid. Je werkt zowel op kantoor als op de bouwplaats en schakelt makkelijk tussen strategisch en praktisch niveau. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Toezien op naleving van wet- en regelgeving (bijvoorbeeld ISO 9001, VCA-P) - Het uitvoeren van interne audits en risico-inventarisaties - Adviseren over veiligheidsmaatregelen en duurzame werkmethoden - Het vergroten van bewustwording rondom kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu - Het begeleiden van verbetertrajecten en evaluaties - Je draagt actief bij aan onze ambities op het gebied van duurzaamheid, bijvoorbeeld door initiatieven te ontwikkelen om CO2-uitstoot en afval te beperken en circulair te werken waar mogelijk Wie zoeken wij? - Ervaring met KAM-processen in de bouw of industrie - Kennis van ISO 9001 en VCA-systematiek Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: je kunt overtuigen op alle niveaus - Een praktische instelling en oplossingsgericht denken - Affiniteit met duurzaamheid en milieuzorg
