Als KAM-medewerker Bouw krijg je een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke functie waarin je zowel op kantoor als op projectlocaties actief bent. Je adviseert projectteams, stimuleert veilig werken en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit en veiligheid continu onder de aandacht blijven. Daar staat een aantrekkelijk pakket tegenover: een salaris tussen € 4.000 en € 6.000 bruto per maand, een auto van de zaak en maar liefst 43 verlofdagen. Je kunt aan de slag voor 24 tot 32 uur per week (parttime). Als KAM-medewerker Bouw ga je onder andere: - Bijdragen aan de borging van kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieuprestaties binnen de organisatie; - Analyseren van bestaande processen, signaleren van verbeterkansen en ondersteunen bij implementatie; - Voorbereiden, coördineren en uitvoeren van audits, met vertaling van bevindingen naar concrete acties; - Opstellen van rapportages en overzichten en adviseren over procesoptimalisaties; - Toezien op de toepassing van relevante kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormeringen, waaronder ISO en VCA; - Beheren van digitale KAM-systemen en waarborgen van correcte gegevens en processen; - Stimuleren van duurzame werkmethoden en bijdragen aan het behalen van milieudoelstellingen; - VGM-plannen, risicoanalyses en veiligheidsrapportages opstellen en beoordelen; - Begeleiden van collega's bij KAM-gerelateerde vraagstukken en bevorderen van kennisdeling binnen teams.
