Utrecht Bouwkunde MBO-4 Aannemer / Installateur KAM Coördinator Vaste baan Functie omschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een KAM Medewerker. Je helpt bij het implementeren en onderhouden van KAM-processen en zorgt dat deze aansluiten op geldende normen en regelgeving. Je ondersteunt bij audits en certificeringen, bewaakt de naleving van procedures en analyseert afwijkingen om deze te vertalen naar concrete verbetermaatregelen. Daarnaast coach je collega's op het gebied van veiligheid en kwaliteit en organiseer je toolboxmeetings, veiligheidsbijeenkomsten en andere activiteiten rondom KAM. Je denkt actief mee over efficiëntere en duurzamere werkwijzen en weet verbeteringen praktisch te vertalen naar de werkvloer. Met jouw kennis en betrokkenheid zorg je ervoor dat projecten niet alleen technisch goed worden uitgevoerd, maar ook veilig, kwalitatief en verantwoord verlopen.
