The posting

Voor edville zijn we op zoek naar een kamermeisje/kamerjongen voor onze locatie edville home in Melle.

Met oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat het volledige huis tip top in orde is voor de volgende gasten.

Dit houdt in poetsen van de kamers, badkamers, keuken, living, gangen, onderhoud ruimtes,... bedden opmaken, handdoeken wassen en klaarleggen. Zorgen dat het nodige aanwezig is in alle ruimtes.

Je hebt ervaring met poesten en de 'feeling' om een ruimte mooi te maken tot in detail.

Aanvankelijk start je met uitvoeren van de schoonmaaktaken maar de bedoeling is dat je doorgroeit tot verantwoordelijke van de schoonmakers.

Dan zorg je voor de coördinatie van de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden en de werkorganisatie van de schoonmakers.

Je staat in voor de voorraadbeheer schoonmaakbenodigdheden.

Hoofdtaken

 Staat in voor de werkorganisatie en planning, stelt overzichten op met schoonmaakwerkzaamheden,

zorgt voor efficiënte bezetting van het personeel, verdeelt de werkzaamheden.

 Geeft instructies, staat in voor opleiding en begeleiding van medewerkers; stelt werkfiches op.

 Controleert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en de gepresteerde werkuren.

 Superviseert de opstelling van ruimtes, controleert de orde en netheid ervan.

 Geeft bestellingen door voor onderhoudsproducten en materiaal, controleert de voorraad en bewaakt

toegekend budget.

 Controleert schoonmaakmateriaal (machines), zorgt voor het preventief onderhoud en herstellen van

defecten.

 Behandelt klachten i.v.m. de schoonmaak.

 Springt in bij diverse schoonmaakwerkzaamheden.
