Ben jij kandidaat-makelaar of makelaar in de woningmarkt en wil je zelfstandiger aankoop- en verkooptrajecten begeleiden? Bij PEEK&POMPE Makelaars werk je aan aankoop en verkoop in de Utrechtse woningmarkt, met veel klantcontact, verantwoordelijkheid en ondersteuning van een ervaren binnendienst. Je krijgt de ruimte om dossiers zelfstandig op te pakken, terwijl je onderdeel bent van een betrokken NVM-makelaarskantoor met lokale zichtbaarheid in Utrecht en Leidsche Rijn. Jouw rol Als makelaar begeleid je klanten bij de aankoop en verkoop van woningen. Je voert verkoopgesprekken, begeleidt bezichtigingen en adviseert klanten over strategie, prijs en vervolgstappen. - Je begeleidt aankoop- en verkooptrajecten van begin tot eind. - Je schakelt met kopers, verkopers, collega’s en opdrachtgevers. - Je voert klantgesprekken en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen. - Je adviseert over verkoopstrategie, marktpositie en vervolgstappen. - Je werkt zelfstandig, met ondersteuning van de binnendienst en ervaren makelaars om je heen.

Wie we zoeken We zoeken iemand die zelfstandig kan werken binnen de woningmakelaardij en energie krijgt van klantcontact, commercie en resultaat. - Je hebt ervaring binnen de woningmakelaardij. - Je kunt zelfstandig aankoop- en verkooptrajecten begeleiden. - Je bent commercieel, proactief en servicegericht. - Je voert makkelijk klantgesprekken en weet vertrouwen te winnen. - Je hebt duidelijke binding met Utrecht en omgeving, bijvoorbeeld doordat je er woont, werkt of de markt goed kent. - Je communiceert helder en werkt prettig samen met collega’s en binnendienst.

Wat we bieden - Een salaris tussen €3.500 en €6.000 bruto per maand, passend bij jouw ervaring en achtergrond. - Provisiemogelijkheid op basis van resultaat. - Een bedrijfsauto, telefoon, opleidingen en training. - Een functie voor 32-40 uur per week, met flexibele werktijden. - Veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid in je rol. - Ondersteuning vanuit een ervaren team van makelaars
