Ben je als kandidaat-notaris toe aan veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en wil je zelfstandig met cliënten kunnen schakelen? Heb je een goede basis en kennis van het vastgoedrecht en werk je graag aan niet-standaard zaken? Werken bij HVG Law betekent samenwerken in een menselijke omgeving op hoog niveau. Jouw rol bij HVG Law als kandidaat-notaris real estate? In onze sterk groeiende vastgoedpraktijk bestaat een groot deel van je werk uit advisering op het gebied van commercieel vastgoed. Daarbij besteed je veel aandacht aan het zelfstandig adviseren van je cliënten op het gebied van (commerciële) vastgoedtransacties, projectontwikkeling en vastgoedfinanciering. Cliënten zijn vooral grotere (nationale) MKB partijen. Onder meer onderhandeling, aankoop en financiering van vastgoed, vestiging erfpacht/opstalrechten, splitsing in appartementsrechten zijn aan de orde van de dag. Daarnaast word je intern goed opgeleid en heb je de mogelijkheid om opleidingen zoals een van de Grotius specialisatieopleidingen te volgen. Het notariële team van HVG Law (Corporate M&A en Real Estate) is gevestigd op onze vestiging Amsterdam en bestaat op dit moment uit 1 notaris, 3 toegevoegd notarissen, 13 kandidaat-notarissen en 5 notarieel medewerkers. Wat breng je mee als kandidaat-notaris real estate? - Minimaal 2-6 jaar relevante ervaring; - Stevige kennis van en ervaring met vastgoed (particulier en/of commercieel). Heb je ervaring in een meer algemene praktijk en in ieder geval ervaring met vastgoed dan nodigen we je ook graag uit om te solliciteren; - De wens om verder te specialiseren op gebied van vastgoed.
