De functie Als kandidaat-notaris bij Notariaat Verstegen draai je vanaf dag één volwaardig mee in onze actieve praktijk. Je adviseert cliënten zelfstandig bij complexe vraagstukken en stelt hoogwaardige akten op binnen jouw specialisme(s). Wij zoeken iemand die waarnemingsbevoegd is danwel de ambitie heeft om op korte termijn de waarnemingsbevoegdheid te behalen. Omdat wij oog hebben voor de toekomst van ons kantoor, bieden wij een unieke kans: bij wederzijdse geschiktheid bestaat de mogelijkheid om over ongeveer 5 tot 7 jaar het protocol volledig over te nemen. Jouw profiel - Afgeronde studie Notarieel Recht. - Minimaal enkele jaren relevante werkervaring in de allround praktijk of specifiek binnen het vastgoed of het ondernemingsrecht. - Waarnemingsbevoegd danwel de ambitie om op korte termijn waarnemingsbevoegd te worden. - Ondernemend ingesteld met de duidelijke ambitie om over 5 tot 7 jaar als zelfstandig notaris het roer van Notariaat Verstegen over te nemen. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands. - Klantgericht, nauwkeurig en besluitvaardig.
