Kandidaat-notaris Functieomschrijving Als de kandidaat-notaris bij Fieldfisher ben je, samen met collega's van de sectie Corporate/M&A, verantwoordelijk voor: - het begeleiden van M&A- en venture capital-investeringstransacties; - het adviseren over joint ventures, corporate governance-vraagstukken en internationale structureringsprojecten voor voornamelijk internationale cliënten; - het opstellen van transactiedocumentatie, zoals notariële akten en besluiten, maar ook koopovereenkomsten, aandelenoptieplannen en investerings- en aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten; - het samenwerken met collega's en externe partners om de best mogelijke juridische oplossingen te bieden; - het bijdragen aan interne kennisdeling en het verzorgen van trainingen en presentaties; - het begeleiden van onze stagiaires. Functie-eisen Je hebt/bent - de masterstudie Notarieel Recht afgerond; - de notariële beroepsopleiding afgerond (of rondt die op korte termijn af); - uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal (je bent in staat om juridische documenten zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels op te stellen); - een gepassioneerde en sociale teamspeler; - iemand die kansen herkent, creëert en benut.
