Wil je als kandidaat-notaris werken in een kantoor waar je cliënten persoonlijk begeleidt, zelfstandig dossiers oppakt en tegelijk kunt sparren met ervaren collega’s? Bij Sekuer Notarissen werk je in een brede notariële praktijk, met ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen in het familierecht of een ander rechtsgebied dat bij jou past. De rol past bij iemand die bijna of net is afgestudeerd, maar ook bij een kandidaat-notaris met meer ervaring die meer eigen verantwoordelijkheid zoekt binnen een nuchter en persoonlijk kantoor. Jouw rol Als kandidaat-notaris werk je aan notariële dossiers en heb je veel contact met cliënten. Hoe zelfstandig je dossiers oppakt, hangt af van je ervaring. Ben je junior, dan krijg je begeleiding en ruimte om te groeien. Heb je al meer ervaring, dan kun je meer eigen verantwoordelijkheid nemen en inhoudelijk meedenken over de ontwikkeling van de praktijk. - Je begeleidt en werkt notariële dossiers uit. - Je adviseert cliënten en begeleidt hen zorgvuldig door het proces. - Je pakt dossiers zelfstandig op, passend bij jouw ervaring. - Je werkt samen met collega’s binnen verschillende rechtsgebieden. - Je signaleert juridische vraagstukken en denkt mee over passende oplossingen. - Je draagt bij aan de kwaliteit en service van het kantoor. - Je ontwikkelt je verder binnen het notariaat, bijvoorbeeld richting familierecht.

Wie we zoeken Je hoeft niet in één hokje te passen. Belangrijk is dat je notarieel inhoudelijk wilt groeien, zorgvuldig werkt en prettig contact hebt met cliënten en collega’s. - Je hebt een WO-master Notarieel Recht afgerond, of bent bijna zover. - Je bent kandidaat-notaris of wilt die stap binnenkort zetten. - Affiniteit met familierecht is een sterke pré. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers. - Je bent leergierig en wilt je vakinhoudelijk blijven ontwikkelen. - Je bent praktisch ingesteld en cliëntgericht. - Je vindt het prettig om samen te werken en kennis te delen met collega’s.
