Of sta je aan het begin van je loopbaan en wil je je juist in deze richting ontwikkelen? Wil je werken in een energiek, inhoudelijk sterk en betrokken team in het hart van Haarlem? Dan maken wij graag kennis met jou. Voor onze sectie familierecht zoeken wij een kandidaat-notaris die samen met ons wil bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze praktijk. Wat ga je doen? Als kandidaat-notaris familierecht adviseer je onze cliënten over huwelijksvermogensrecht, testamenten, levenstestamenten, schenkingen en de afwikkeling van nalatenschappen. Een belangrijk deel van onze praktijk bestaat daarnaast uit advisering van familiebedrijven, waaronder complexe bedrijfsopvolgingsvraagstukken en de toepassing van de bedrijfsopvolgingsregeling (BOR). Daarbij werk je regelmatig samen met onze sectie ondernemingsrecht, zodat cliënten integraal, praktisch en goed doordacht worden geadviseerd. Ons kantoor heeft een sterk internationaal georiënteerde praktijk. Wij begeleiden veel Nederlanders met vermogen in het buitenland en expats in Nederland. Daardoor spelen in onze dossiers regelmatig internationale aspecten op het gebied van estate planning, huwelijksvermogensrecht en erfrecht. Binnen de sectie familierecht werk je direct samen met twee ervaren kandidaat-notarissen, van wie één meer dan 30 jaar praktijkervaring heeft. De lijnen zijn kort en de sfeer is open. Daardoor is er veel ruimte voor begeleiding, inhoudelijke verdieping en opleiding. Afhankelijk van je ervaring krijg je eigen dossiers en verantwoordelijkheden. Als je aan het begin van je loopbaan staat, word je stap voor stap meegenomen in de praktijk en werk je nauw samen met ervaren collega's.
