Advotaris B.V. Kandidaat-notaris (beoogd opvolger) Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als kandidaat-notaris ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor cliënten én collega's. Je behandelt zelfstandig dossiers, geeft juridisch advies en denkt actief mee over complexe vraagstukken, met name binnen het familie- en erfrecht. Daarnaast vervang je de notaris bij afwezigheid en krijg je op termijn de mogelijkheid om door te groeien richting toegevoegd notaris of mogelijk toekomstig opvolger van het kantoor. Wij zoeken iemand die niet alleen juridisch sterk is, maar ook energie krijgt van persoonlijk contact, ondernemerschap en het verder uitbouwen van een mooie praktijk. Functie-eisen Wie zoeken wij? Jij: - hebt de studie Notarieel Recht afgerond; - hebt de beroepsopleiding voltooid; - hebt affiniteit met de algemene notariële praktijk, met nadruk op familie- en erfrecht; - vindt het interessant om je vast te bijten in bijzondere dossiers; - denkt proactief mee en neemt initiatief; - bent empathisch, betrokken en collegiaal; - wilt verantwoordelijkheid nemen en jezelf blijven ontwikkelen.
