Hier krijg jij als ambitieuze kandidaat-notaris de ruimte om de regie te pakken over complexe dossiers en jouw stempel te drukken op een kantoor dat vooruitkijkt. Jouw rol binnen ons kantoor Als kandidaat-notaris ben je een essentieel onderdeel van je sectie. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren notarissen en krijgt, afhankelijk van je ervaring, de ruimte om een eigen praktijk op te bouwen en verder te professionaliseren. In deze functie heb je de regie over: - Zelfstandig cliëntadvies en besprekingen : je bent de drijvende kracht in het contact met cliënten. Je voert zelfstandig besprekingen, inventariseert complexe behoeften en vertaalt deze naar proactief juridisch advies - I nhoudelijke dossierbehandeling : je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces en een zorgvuldige dossieropbouw. Je stelt complexe akten op en zorgt dat deze inhoudelijk volledig 'passeerklaar' zijn. - Kennisdeling en sparring : jouw expertise is cruciaal. Je fungeert als klankbord voor collega's bij ingewikkelde vraagstukken en deelt proactief kennis over nieuwe wet- en regelgeving. - Samenwerking : je voert de regie in de driehoek met de notaris en secretaresses om de hoogste kwaliteit en een soepele procesgang te waarborgen. Wie jij bent Je bent een juridische professional (WO) met een passie voor het notariaat. Je staat juridisch sterk in je schoenen en beschikt over de sociale vaardigheden om natuurlijk vertrouwen te winnen.
