Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe kandidaat-notaris. Proactief en servicegericht Kandidaat-notaris (24 - 37,5 uur) De functie In deze veelzijdige functie ben je zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor verschillende dossiers. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het voeren van besprekingen met en adviseren van cliënten; - het opstellen en voorbereiden van akten en andere stukken of het beoordelen van deze stukken opgesteld door collega's; - het werken aan verschillende dossiers binnen het onroerend goed, familierecht en/of ondernemingsrecht op basis van ervaring en interesse. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een zorgvuldige en betrokken kandidaat-notaris die "Goed, vertrouwd en betrouwbaar" centraal stelt. Daarnaast breng jij het volgende mee: - je beschikt over een afgerond WO-opleiding Notarieel Recht; - je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en bent flexibel inzetbaar; - je vindt het leuk ergens in te duiken; - je bent cliëntgericht, integer en communicatief vaardig; - je kunt goed plannen en bewaakt de kwaliteit van je werk; - je kunt goed samenwerken binnen een klein team; - bij voorkeur enige ervaring binnen het notariaat. Wat bieden wij? Een leuke baan binnen een inhoudelijk brede notariële praktijk op het mooie eiland Texel: - een functie van 24 tot 37,5 uur per week; - flexibele werktijden, thuiswerken is bespreekbaar; - een open en informele werksfeer; - goede primaire en secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden; - ruimte voor persoonlijke en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling, waaronder het volgen van (beroeps)opleidingen en cursussen.
