Heb je affiniteit met erfrecht en estate planning en wil je je binnen dit vakgebied verder specialiseren? Ben jij een teamspeler die elke dag de beste resultaten bereikt voor onze cliënten? Dan komt TRIP Notarissen graag met je in contact! Werken bij TRIP TRIP is marktleider van Noord-Nederland. Verspreid over kantoren in Groningen, Leeuwarden en Assen steken onze ruim 80 juristen de handen uit de mouwen voor onder andere ondernemingen, overheden, zorg- en onderwijsinstellingen en woningcorporaties. Onze professionals hebben verschillende achtergronden en specialismes, maar ook ten minste één overeenkomst: passie voor hun vak. Het zijn betrokken mensen die hun verantwoordelijkheid nemen en onze cliënten proactief van dienst zijn. Werken bij TRIP betekent óók werken bij een kantoor dat bewezen heeft juridische diensten van topniveau te leveren. Dat blijkt telkens opnieuw uit onafhankelijk onderzoek van diverse bureaus. Wat ga je doen? - In de familierechtpraktijk ga je onze cliënten adviseren over onder andere het opstellen van testamenten, de verdeling en afhandeling van erfenissen, schenkingstrajecten en het opstellen van huwelijkse voorwaarden. - Je ondersteunt cliënten bij hun rol als executeur van een nalatenschap. - Estate planning waarbij je cliënten adviseert over de opvolging binnen familiebedrijven en de overdracht van vermogen naar een volgende generatie. - Na een vliegende start krijg je veel zelfstandigheid en vrijheid voor een eigen invulling van je werk.
