Zo kunnen we onze trouwe cliënten blijven helpen in het centrum van Utrecht . Als kandidaat-notaris binnen ons kantoor ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen dossiers en ondersteun je de notarissen bij uiteenlopende juridische werkzaamheden. Je hebt oog voor detail en weet complexe juridische informatie op een heldere en begrijpelijke manier over te brengen aan cliënten en collega's. Daarnaast haal je plezier uit het begeleiden van een diverse cliëntenkring. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Je adviseert cliënten mondeling en schriftelijk over erfrecht, huwelijksvermogensrecht en aanverwante juridische vraagstukken. - Je adviseert cliënten op het gebied van estate planning - Je begeleidt cliënten gedurende het notariële proces. - Je bereidt notariële akten voor en stelt deze op - Je adviseert cliënten bij de afwikkeling van nalatenschappen en ondersteunt bij de aangifte erfbelasting. Functie-eisen Je beschikt over: - 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. - Een afgeronde opleiding Notarieel Recht en een met goed resultaat afgeronde beroepsopleiding. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Affiniteit met heldere en begrijpelijke communicatie - Een cliëntgerichte instelling, met oog voor de kernwaarden van het notariaat. - Een teamspeler met een flexibele en collegiale houding. - De ambitie om een relevant netwerk op te bouwen, kennis te verdiepen en bij te dragen aan de groei van onze praktijk.
