Kandidaat-notaris familierecht Wat doe je Werken in het familierecht betekent mensen helpen om passende en verantwoorde keuzes te maken en die goed vast te leggen. Het gaat om heel persoonlijke zaken, zoals testamenten, levenstestamenten, samenlevingscontracten en meer. "We willen het gewoon goed geregeld hebben" horen we vaak. En daar begint ons werk. Interessant werk (en soms een tikje uitdagend). Op de afdeling werk je in teamverband met je collega's, zodat je elkaar kunt ondersteunen en je beheert een dossier zo zelfstandig mogelijk. Afhankelijk van je ervaring voer je ook besprekingen met cliënten. Over jou Je hebt de studie Notarieel Recht afgerond (of bijna afgerond). Je bent een teamplayer, houdt van juridisch 'puzzelen' en kunt tegelijkertijd onze 'juridische taal' overbrengen in 'gewone mensentaal'. Je wilt graag expert zijn in je vak. Je bent beschikbaar 32-40 uur. En: je vindt het leuk om mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van ons kantoor in Joure. Er is veel vraag naar onze diensten in het familierecht. Over ons Wij zijn een laagdrempelig en toegankelijk kantoor, met een algemene praktijk (onroerend goed, familierecht, ondernemingsrecht). Bij Hoekstra & Partners De Fryske Marren werk je in een klein, hecht team (nu twaalf personen) waar je echt gezien wordt. Geen radertje in een grote machine, maar een collega die er toe doet. Ons kantoor maakt deel uit van het samenwerkingsverband Hoekstra & Partners Notarissen, met 6 kantoren landelijk.
