Ons kantoor staat bekend om hoogwaardige dienstverlening op het gebied van familierecht, vastgoed en ondernemingsrecht. We werken in een sfeervolle, prachtige kantoorvilla, waarbij onze informele benadering en samenwerking de basis vormen van ons succes. Je zult je snel thuis voelen in ons betrokken en enthousiaste team. Het kantoor is gelegen vlakbij het centrum van Amersfoort en op vijf minuten lopen van station Amersfoort Centraal. Wat ga je doen? Als kandidaat-notaris bij ons kantoor ben je volop in ontwikkeling. Zo krijg je de kans om (verdere) ervaring op te doen in het begeleiden van complexe testamenten of nalatenschappen. Jouw advies wordt gevraagd bij (fiscale) vraagstukken met betrekking tot alle aspecten van het familierecht. Bovendien houd je je bezig met het opstellen en beoordelen van aktes en andere juridische documenten en het begeleiden van collega's. Je draait mee in onze afwisselende en dynamische praktijk en je hebt intensief cliëntcontact. Wat breng jij mee? Relevante werkervaring als kandidaat-notaris in de familierechtpraktijk. Ervaring met het afhandelen van testamenten en/of nalatenschappen waarin aandelen in een BV of waarin vastgoed.
