Advotaris B.V. Kandidaat-notaris familierecht (fulltime/parttime) Wat ga je doen? Als kandidaat-notaris binnen de sectie familierecht werk je aan uiteenlopende familierechtelijke vraagstukken en begeleid je cliënten bij belangrijke levensmomenten. Je adviseert over onder meer (levens)testamenten, huwelijkse voorwaarden en samenlevingscontracten en draagt zorg voor een correcte afwikkeling van nalatenschappen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je kunt altijd sparren met collega's en krijgt de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen het familierecht. We werken aan dossiers die voor cliënten grote persoonlijke betekenis hebben. Dat vraagt zorgvuldigheid, tempo en verantwoordelijkheid. Dit brengt ons: inhoud, afwisseling en cliënten die op je rekenen. Maar tegelijk: we bewaken samen de balans.
