Kandidaat-notaris Familierecht (Waarnemingsbevoegd) Functieomschrijving Als kandidaat-notaris personen- en familierecht ben je adviseur en gesprekspartner voor particuliere en zakelijke cliënten. Een dynamische rol, want je denkt proactief mee. Je hebt dagelijks te maken met persoonlijke wensen. Daardoor leer je je cliënt door en door kennen en ben je een belangrijke vertrouwenspersoon. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het zelfstandig behandelen van dossiers (je wordt hierbij ondersteund door een vakkundig team); - Het voeren van besprekingen en het geven van advies op maat; - Het opstellen van aktes en het controleren van de stukken op juridische juistheid; - Waarnemen voor de notaris. Functie-eisen - Jij hebt ervaring binnen het familierecht en bent waarnemingsbevoegd; - Jij bent communicatief vaardig en weet zowel mondeling als schriftelijk de juiste tone of voice te pakken; - Jij kunt nauwkeurig werken; - Wij worden extra blij als je al hebt gewerkt met Notarisdossier. Bedrijfsprofiel Je komt terecht in een ervaren, gezellig team. Door de kennis die er onderling binnen en tussen de kantoren gedeeld wordt, kun jij jezelf snel verder ontwikkelen binnen het rechtsgebied én de afdeling. Het team bestaat uit collega's van allerlei leeftijden, die nauw samenwerken en voor elkaar klaarstaan. Wij houden van ons werk en ons vakgebied, maar wij vinden gezelligheid met onze collega's onderling net zo belangrijk. Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salaris: Wij bieden jou een marktconform salaris dat past bij jouw ervaring; - Vrije tijd: Je hebt 25 verlofdagen (op basis van fulltime dienstverband). Daarnaast ben je de dag na Hemelvaartsdag én Goede Vrijdag vrij op onze kosten.
