Bij Bakker & Neve Netwerk Notarissen werk je binnen het familierecht aan dossiers die voor cliënten vaak persoonlijk en bepalend zijn: nalatenschappen, estate planning, schenkingen en echtscheidingen. Je krijgt veel direct cliëntcontact, behandelt dossiers van A tot Z en bouwt stap voor stap aan je eigen praktijk. Naast familierecht is er ruimte om je, afhankelijk van je interesse, ook te verbreden richting ondernemingsrecht of vastgoed. Your role - Je behandelt dossiers binnen het familierecht van intake tot afronding. - Je adviseert cliënten over onder meer nalatenschappen, estate planning, schenkingen en echtscheidingen. - Je stelt notariële aktes en juridische stukken op en controleert deze zorgvuldig. - Je vertaalt juridische vraagstukken naar duidelijke keuzes en begrijpelijk advies voor cliënten. - Je onderhoudt zelfstandig contact met cliënten, relaties en collega's. - Je werkt samen met notarissen en collega's binnen een team met korte lijnen. - Als je dat wilt, pak je ook werkzaamheden op binnen ondernemingsrecht en/of vastgoed. Your profile - Je hebt een afgeronde master Notarieel Recht. - Je hebt ervaring als kandidaat-notaris of bent toe aan een stap waarin je zelfstandiger dossiers gaat behandelen. - Je bent waarnemingsbevoegd, bijna zover of hebt de ambitie om dit te worden. - Ervaring met familierecht is waardevol; sterke interesse in dit rechtsgebied past ook goed. - Je kunt juridische mat...
