Dan is dit jouw kans. Reimer Feitsma en Liesbeth Verhagen zijn beiden notaris van dit kantoor. Vriendelijk, laagdrempelig en prettig in de omgang. Zij zoeken een kandidaat-notaris die op korte of middellange termijn wil toetreden tot de maatschap. Als ervaren kandidaat-notaris heb je ruime ervaring met het onroerend goed en bij voorkeur ook het personen- en familierecht of in ieder geval de ambitie om dit eigen te maken. Je bent praktisch ingesteld, neemt initiatief, je bent contactueel en communicatief vaardig en haalt veel energie uit de omgang met collega's en cliënten. De sfeer onderling tussen de collega's is laagdrempelig en informeel. Naar buiten toe voel je aan hoe jij je het beste kunt opstellen naar de verschillende cliënten toe. Je hebt hier feeling voor. De cliënten zijn voor een groot deel inwoners uit Volendam en nabije omgeving, veel ondernemers. Je hebt zicht op het werkproces, neemt initiatief als je daar kansen ziet voor verbetering. Het grootste gedeelte van jouw werkzaamheden ben je inhoudelijk bezig met het voeren van besprekingen, het maken en controleren van akten. Je hebt jouw eigen dossiers in beheer. Daarnaast heb je met regelmaat de waarneming m.b.t. de algemene praktijk. Men werkt met Codex/vanBrug. Klantgerichtheid, integriteit en accuratesse, prestatiegerichtheid zijn belangrijke competenties voor deze functie.
