Kandidaat-Notaris Ondernemingsrecht Meerdere locaties €3.650 - €6.400 bruto 37.5 uur Als Kandidaat-Notaris Ondernemingsrecht bij Abma Schreurs Notarissen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het juridisch begeleiden van cliënten bij onder meer de oprichting van bv's, coöperaties, verenigingen, stichtingen en vennootschappen onder firma. Ook help je cliënten bij statutenwijziging en bedrijfsopvolgingen, -fusies of -splitsingen en het verhandelen, intrekken, verpanden of certificeren van aandelen. In deze functie behandel je voornamelijk inhoudelijk complexe dossiers. Hiervoor verzamel en analyseer je gegevens, waarna jij of de ondersteunende werknemers - afhankelijk van de complexiteit - de akten opstellen. Jij stuurt de akten vervolgens op naar de cliënt. Ook word je gestimuleerd om een actieve bijdrage te leveren aan de organisatieontwikkeling, bijvoorbeeld door modellen of diensten te optimaliseren of te fungeren als buddy voor de Junior Kandidaat-Notarissen. Daarnaast is er de gelegenheid om waar te nemen voor Notarissen, waardoor je tevens in aanraking komt met andere rechtsgebieden, zoals Onroerend Goed en Familierecht. Tot slot zijn er kansen om te groeien, zowel vakinhoudelijk als om (Toegevoegd) Notaris te worden. Er zijn voldoende mogelijkheden om cursussen te volgen en daarbij voldoende PE-punten te halen. In deze functie werk je zelfstandig en samen met een collega's aan diverse dossiers. Over ons Bij Abma Schreurs werken we als notariskantoor met zo'n 70 collega's aan hoogwaardige juridische diensten. Dit gebeurt vanuit onze verschillende vestigingen in Hoorn, Purmerend, Volendam en Amsterdam.
